Newly elected Pennsylvania State Representative Justin Simmons paid a special visit to students enrolled in LVCC's South Mountain (Allentown) location. Rep. Simmons read stories to both the Pre-K Counts and Preschool classrooms. He also received a VERY elaborate, student-guided tour of the Pre-K Counts classroom.
